Established in 1997, ALMETAL Industrial Co., Ltd. has developed the aluminium clad alloy welding technique by itself for the first time in Korea and succeeded in localizing the Aluminium Header Pipe for PFC Multi-condenser in the automotive air conditioning system. And we have been advancing into the global market being equipped with our quality products, perfect customer satisfaction and price competitiveness.
Thanks to our steady investments policy in R&D, we have achieved both quality improvement and technology development, and we have acquired EM(Excellent Machine, Mechanism and Materials) mark, NT(New Technology) mark, the certificate of QS-9000 and many other certifications in various fields. Besides, we have registered the utility models and applied for the patents. These achievements have led us to receiving the commendation of the Korean Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy. Our main export markets include China, Malaysia, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, and we are now exploring the Japanese and South American markets further to expand our export outlets, too. The export substitute products are now being supplied in the domestic market, and the quantity of local orders also tends to be increased.
To cope with such a changing situation, we are now building an annex, No. 2 plant. We aim to convert into the mass production system from 2005 by bring in the facilities for automated production line with a production capacity of more than 100 tons/month, and we also aim at the processing capacity for 5 sigma. We will do utmost to keep focusing on customer satisfaction by doing perfect quality management.
